Simple and easy book to read! I learned that besides good nutrition and exercise we also need to have good positive thoughts in our minds and a good chiropractor. Thank you Ben for sharing your knowledge!
Just finished this book and it it was so good! I learn so much. If you are feeling like you are missing something in your overall health I definitely recommend it. It's packed with great information but its also very easy to read.
I learned so much reading this book, and ever since finishing it, I've been looking at my food and lifestyle choices differently -- even my posture! What fats are good fats and why...why bad posture will affect your lifestyle down the road...good self-talk vs. bad self-talk... everything from physiological to psychological health is touched on here. The 4 Pillars make a lot of sense when you really break them down, and the approach recommended here doesn't seem to be to fix everything right away...but to slowly implement changes into your lifestyle to make a long-term impact. I definitely recommend it!
Maintaining the best health possible is of major importance for us as humans in our desire for happiness. In the small book "The 4 Pillars of Health", by Dr. Ben Page D.C., some useful and interesting information is provided that could greatly help in this endeavor.
